Work and billing process:
(1) File:
Drawing units must be in mm
The client supplies the basic file in lines according to accepted formats. These files must then be programmed and generated in "G Code".
The file programming and "G Code" generation has a cost, which will depend on project complexity and the time (Hours / labor) required to carry out such programming.
Note: Please keep in mind that "G Codes" are generated for each machine individually. A G Code generated for machine X may not work properly for another machine.
(2) Cutting / milling / engraving by minutes and hours / machine:
The minimum cost of cutting / engraving for one unit is equivalent to the price of 17 minutes.
If the process exceeds that time, the total minutes of cutting or engraving will be charged.
For example:
If the piece to cut or engrave takes 5 minutes, 17 minutes are charged.
If the piece to cut or engrave takes 20 minutes, 20 minutes are charged.

Production times:
Production time will depend on the following:
1- File preparation: If the file is ready for the required process and requires no modification by the client or if required by our team, the file will enter the production queue, which can range from 1 to 3 business days on average.
If the estimated time is extended due to extensive productions in progress, or for any other event that exceeds the initial estimate of 1 to 4 business days, the client will be informed of the current status for the production queue and the estimated time for their process.
2- In case file development is required by our team, it will be entered into the production queue once said file has been approved by the client.
Note: We are very strict and reliable with our production and delivery times once the times have been confirmed with the client.
